If you email us during the sale period with a question regarding a piece that is eligible for discount, it may take us some time to reply to your email. The sale price will be honoured for you for one additional week after we reply to your email. However, orders placed after October 16th may not be guaranteed for holiday delivery. Emails received after the sale period are not eligible for sale pricing.
Please note that all engagement rings are made to order and will take 8-10 weeks to ship UNLESS it is a ready made one of a kind ring.
There is only one of each one of a kind piece, and we cannot hold or reserve them. If a piece you were interested in sells out, you can submit a bespoke form to inquire about making something similar. New bespoke requests are not eligible for discounts.
We cannot guarantee holiday delivery for any made to order engagement rings purchased after October 16th, 2024.
