Purchases made online or in-store during the promotional period are eligible for discount. Promotions are not applicable to pending bespoke/customization requests and cannot be applied retroactively to existing purchases.

Promotional pricing is only applicable to pieces already listed in our collection and purchased from our Web or Retail stores during the promotional period. Promotional pricing is not applicable to customization requests made through the bespoke form, the secret menu form, or email for pieces that are not already listed.

If you email us during the sale period with a question regarding a piece that is eligible for discount, it may take us some time to reply to your email. The sale price will be honoured for you for one additional week after we reply to your email. Emails received after the sale period are not eligible for sale pricing.

Please note that the deadline to purchase made to order engagement rings for holiday delivery has passed. All engagement rings are made to order UNLESS it is a ready made one of a kind ring. Please refer to each product page for more information.

Made to order engagement rings purchased after October 6 2025 will likely ship in 2026. Please note that we will be closed from December 20 2025 until January 5 2026, and made to order engagement rings purchased after October 6 will take 10-12 weeks to complete due to our closure.

There is only one of each one of a kind piece, and we cannot hold or reserve them. If a piece you were interested in sells out, you can submit a bespoke form to inquire about making something similar. Bespoke requests are not eligible for discounts.

Please note that no discount will be applied at checkout to loose gemstone reservations; the discount will apply to the price of the total piece once the remaining details of your order are confirmed. Loose gemstone bespoke rings will take 10-12 weeks to complete once all details of the ring are confirmed with us (including our holiday closure).

Please note that holiday delivery means that we will ship your order before we close on December 20 2025, but we cannot guarantee that your order will be delivered to you before December 25th. Please follow your tracking updates and respond to the courier promptly if they request additional details from you for clearance of your package. We will ship your order as early as we are able to, but we are not able to control delays in transit.
