Resizing, Repair, and Adjustment Request

Our online customer service team is available from 10AM to 6PM Eastern time, Monday to Friday, not including holidays. We will get back to you as soon as we can!
Holiday Notice
Please note that as we enter the busiest time of year for shipping, in order to reduce the risk of packages getting delayed or lost in transit, we are putting a hold on new incoming repairs/adjustments until 2026. You are welcome to submit your request to us now and we can still walk you through the process and your options, but the actual process won't begin until the new year.
Our studio will be closed from December 20th until January 4th, 2026. There will be no production, shipping or emails during this time.
If you are local to Toronto, you are welcome to drop your piece off at our flagship store for repair or adjustment anytime during business hours.
